Pricing questions
- What counts as a file?
- A file is one product dispatched to print, for example one signboard. If you send a signboard and a brochure for the same listing under the Per file model, that's two files.
- What counts as a listing?
- A listing is one property campaign. Under the Per listing model you can dispatch unlimited products for that campaign for the one price.
- Are there per-user fees?
- No. Every plan includes unlimited users and unlimited products on your site. You only pay when something is dispatched.
- How many templates are included?
- Up to 20 templates are included on every plan. Additional templates are available as an add-on.
- Can we use both models?
- Yes, and most agencies do. Leasing typically runs Per file, sales campaigns run Per listing.
- Is there a lock-in contract?
- No lock-in for the standard models. Advanced RE carries a minimum monthly spend of $500 per office or $2,000 per group.
