Terms of service
The terms that apply when you use the Ezi platform and this website.
The service
Ezi provides software for creating, approving and dispatching real estate marketing material. Access is provided to your agency under the plan you have agreed with us.
Your content
You retain ownership of your templates, artwork, images, listing data and brand assets. You grant us the licence necessary to store and process that content in order to provide the service, including dispatching artwork to your nominated print partner.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of listing information, pricing and any disclosures required by law, and for holding the rights to any imagery or copy you upload. Ezi produces artwork from the content you supply.
Print and third parties
Printing, delivery and installation are performed by the print partner you nominate, under your commercial arrangement with them. Ezi is not the printer and is not responsible for print quality, delivery timing or installation.
Fees
Fees are charged per file or per listing dispatched, as set out in your plan. All prices quoted on this site are in Australian dollars and exclude GST.
