What we collect
When you request a demo or make a partner enquiry we collect the details you provide: name, agency or company, role, email, phone, and anything you write in the message field. We also collect standard web analytics about how the site is used.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, arrange a demo, provide the Ezi service, and improve the website. We do not sell personal information.
Who we share it with
Only service providers who help us operate Ezi, such as hosting, database and email providers, and only to the extent required to deliver the service. Where Ezi dispatches a print job on your behalf, the job details are shared with the print partner you nominate.
Storage and security
Data is stored on secured, access-controlled infrastructure. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@ezi.technology. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
